Scheduled maintenance
Inspections per the factory plan delivered with your motorcycle. The initial check-up (first service) is critical to validate the warranty. Following the complete manufacturer plan preserves warranty and engine lifespan.
General mechanics and diagnostics
Computerized diagnostics, electronic fuel injection tuning (all QJ Motor range in Colombia is FI, not carburetor), Brembo brake and Marzocchi/KYB suspension service.
Oil and filter changes
Oil recommended by QJ Motor per model and mileage. Original OEM filters. Service documentation signed for your warranty file.
Pads, tires and consumables
Original parts or authorized OEM equivalents. No "generics" when the original is available. Advisory on consumables for urban vs touring vs offroad use.
Why your QJ Motor doesn't 'sputter' in Bogotá or La Línea.
QJ Motor's full range in Colombia features electronic fuel injection (FI), not carburetors. FI automatically adjusts the air-fuel mixture when going from Bogotá (2,600 m above sea level) to the Llanos (500 m), through La Línea or the Trampolín de la Muerte. Don't expect the typical Chinese carbureted bike 'sputter' — the injection map compensates for atmospheric pressure in real time.
