  Your motorcycle comes with official manufacturer backing: 2 years or 30,000 km on models 250 cc and up; 1 year or 20,000 km on models under 250 cc (whichever comes first).

• What is the pre-order reservation?

  It's a $500,000 COP deposit that holds your unit while it arrives in Colombia. It's not the full payment for the motorcycle: it ensures the unit is reserved in your name at the location you chose.

• Is the deposit part of the motorcycle's price?

  Yes. The $500,000 is credited toward the final price. You coordinate the remaining balance with your advisor once the motorcycle's availability is confirmed.

• When do I receive my motorcycle?

  Delivery depends on units arriving in Colombia and preparation at your location. Once your reservation is confirmed, your advisor gives you personalized estimated dates. We do not commit to generic timeframes.

• Can I withdraw and get my money back?

  Yes. You have a right of withdrawal for 5 business days from the payment date (Law 1480/2011, art. 47) and receive a full refund of the $500,000. Request it by email to juridica@carrera.com.co with your ID number.

• What if I want to cancel after the 5 days?

  After the withdrawal period, refunds are assessed case by case with your advisor, according to the reservation contract terms you accepted. Write to us and we'll guide you with no obligation.

• What happens after I pay the deposit?

  Your reservation is recorded and an advisor from your location contacts you to coordinate the next steps: documentation, balance payment method, and delivery.

• Is my personal data protected?

  Yes. We process your data under Law 1581/2012 and only use it to manage your reservation and contact you. You can review our data processing policy at any time.
