Deliveries start from November 15, 2026, based on your reservation order and your unit's availability.

  Secure your launch price

  Let your only worry be choosing your next route: the price you accept when you reserve is the one we honor. It would only change due to external factors (FX/TRM, tariffs or taxes) and always with prior notice; if that happens, you continue or cancel with a full refund of the deposit.

  The launch price includes VAT; it does not include SOAT, registration, title transfer, traffic-authority procedures, road taxes or accessories.

  Ride with the confidence and pride of official manufacturer backing; we're with you through every corner: 2 years or 30,000 km on models 250 cc and up; 1 year or 20,000 km on models under 250 cc (whichever comes first).

• What is the pre-order reservation?

  It's a $500,000 COP deposit that registers your reservation while units arrive in Colombia. It's not the full payment for the motorcycle, nor does it transfer ownership: your place is registered by confirmation order and, based on actual availability, we assign you a unit at the location you chose.

• Is the deposit part of the motorcycle's price?

  Yes. The $500,000 is credited toward the final price. You coordinate the remaining balance with your advisor once the motorcycle's availability is confirmed.

• When do I receive my motorcycle?

  Deliveries start from November 15, 2026. Your exact date, within that window, depends on your reservation order, units arriving in Colombia and preparation at your location. Once your reservation is confirmed, your advisor gives you a personalized estimated date.

• Can I withdraw and get my money back?

  Yes. You have a right of withdrawal within the 5 business days following your reservation confirmation (Law 1480/2011, art. 47). We refund everything paid within a maximum of 30 calendar days, at no cost. Request it through our customer-service channel pqrs.motos@carrera.com.co with your ID number.

• What if I want to cancel after the 5 days?

  After the withdrawal period and before the purchase is closed, we refund your deposit; we could only deduct administrative costs we actually incurred and can demonstrate, according to the reservation contract you accepted. Write to us and we'll guide you with no obligation.

• What happens after I pay the deposit?

  Your reservation is recorded and an advisor from your location contacts you to coordinate the next steps: documentation, balance payment method, and delivery.

• Is my personal data protected?

  Yes. We process your data under Law 1581/2012 and only use it to manage your reservation and contact you. You can review our data processing policy at any time.
